Will Nancy find the culprit, or will it be curtains for our heroine? A movie is being filmed in River Heights, and Nancy gets cast as the lead's stand-in. But word gets out that on the director's last film a stand-in was killed when a planned explosion went off prematurely, and this is the director's last chance at a comeback. It soon becomes clear someone is trying to sabotage the movie.
