Scraping Policy
PageMarrow collects metadata — titles, authors, cover images, ratings, and update timestamps — to help readers discover books. We never collect, store, or republish the text of any book or chapter.
How we gather metadata
- We identify with a standard mobile user-agent and do not disguise our traffic as a real reader.
- We rate-limit to roughly one request per second per source.
- We respect
robots.txtand back off on429responses. - We link readers back to the original platform — discovery should drive traffic to creators, not away from them.
Where a platform offers a partnership or an API, we prefer it to scraping. A platform or creator can ask us to stop gathering their metadata at any time.
