Colin is not a typical teenager. He's actually responsible, he takes care of his mother more than the other way around, he's home-schooled, his best friend is an artsy college student, and he has a poor immune system. They live in Avalon Apartments with a variety of kooky tenants and Colin only ventures four or five blocks from the complex. Life isn't exactly normal but it is certainly far from paranormal...that is until a new tenant moves into apartment 14C. Felix gives Colin the shivers and he's starting to suspect he isn't exactly human. Also, why is he never wearing shoes? Colin is convinced he's something supernatural but is it just a crazy delusion or are his suspicions real? This poor teen is about to find out, one way or another.
