He got hit by a bus because he wasn’t paying attention to the traffic light and stepped out when he shouldn’t have. When he regained consciousness, he couldn’t move his body or speak. Slowly, the truth sank in, he had been reincarnated as a baby in a world of swords and magic. At first, he was ecstatic. This was finally his chance. He would become the overpowered protagonist, gather a massive harem, and live the dream he had read about thousands of times. But reality hit him slowly, cruelly, and without mercy. He wasn’t the main character of this isekai world. He was just a background character.
