Where was my cheat?! Where was my system, damn it? My only lucky break was meeting that middle aged old man, whose teaching me how to cultivate. I'm not getting any pills, or some super powerful style or anything, so hes probably nobody important. He does like talking about medical stuff, though. I'm no doctor, but giving him ideas on stuff like organ cloning is probably fine.
