When Kira’s race is questioned, her life turns upside down and threatens to take her from her life as the anonymous hacker Phantom. But Kira was content with her life which was quiet and not glamorous and was determined to keep her little slice of freedom even after the question of her race. However, her past comes back with a second punch with one file and one old threat which shatters Kira’s quiet life. Kira is then forced on a journey to not only figure out who she was but also to confront an old trauma. As she reclaims memories and deals with mythic encounters, she changes. Kira’s own nature ends up drawing people to her even if she doesn’t like it. Kira is joined by a righteous street samurai, a tech obsessed dwarf, an elven mage, a rogue AI and old friends along the journey that will aid her in both her journey and her final confrontation. Kira’s journey will take her out into the expansive space of worlds, space stations, ships and the digital realm. And as she finds herself will she be ready to confront not only the old threat, but her own emotions that will be laid bare.
