The story follows a young man named Mark Sanchez who has been reincarnated in a reverse world where the roles and morals between the two sexes have been swapped; women are the protectors and breadwinners while men took on nurturing roles. Mark initially wanted to get a girlfriend ASAP, but after thinking it through, he decided to be more cautious. "I'm in the position to choose now, so I should be more selective of a partner. Especially since divorce is not legal in the Philippines." However, little does he know, there's already a girl who has been taking all his "firsts."
