Nearly forty years ago, Perry said "thank you" to the wrong person. He's been running an adventure supply shop in Delver's Rest ever since — a village bolted to the mouth of a dungeon that rotates a fresh batch of evil roughly every Tuesday. The adventurers come and go. The monsters come and go. The neighboring blacksmith receives divine communications at inconvenient times. The apothecary is half blind and technically has a perfect record. Someone keeps returning the same sword. Perry does not go anywhere, someone has to keep the rope in stock.
