Ryan is a young photographer who living a quiet, ordinary life along the coastal towns and city routes he travels daily for work. Maxis, an antique businessman visiting Sri Lanka for an auction, enters Ryan’s life during a violent encounter that reveals a deeper conflict unfolding in the background. Calm, secretive, and already entangled in an old search, Maxis is pursuing fragments of a forgotten past connected to a lost kingdom known only in incomplete records. He recognizes something unusual in Ryan’s perception of ancient symbols, though he does not fully understand why. Reluctantly brought together, the two form an uneasy partnership built on curiosity, necessity, and growing trust. As they begin tracing scattered clues across forgotten sites and incomplete histories, they are drawn toward a mystery that neither fully understands, yet both seem increasingly tied to.
