About
ARCHIVED VERSION This is the original version of the story, published before the full rewrite. The rewritten and relaunched version is now being published as "Evolvica: Heretic Legacy" This is not a light edit or a simple continuation. The story has been rebuilt from the ground up: the opening, pacing, progression path, character dynamics, worldbuilding delivery, and long-term direction have all been substantially revised. If you followed, reviewed, commented on, or gave feedback on this version — thank you. Your reactions helped shape the rewrite. The new version is still a LitRPG / Progression Sci-Fantasy story about a broken protagonist rebuilding himself from zero, a sarcastic System with secrets, magitech, angels, demons, elven megacorps, tactical action, and corporation-building. To be clear about expectations in the new version: - No harem. - No academy. - No endless stat-sheet spam. - Progression is earned, painful, and consequence-driven. - Character relationships are slow-burn and character-driven. This old page will remain available for now as the legacy version, but the active and canonical version of the series is here: Evolvica: Heretic Legacy He wakes up with a dagger in his chest, a void in his memory, and the System offering a stark choice: perform a forbidden ritual or die. His powers are zeroed, his enemies aren’t. The only way forward is to outthink, outfight, and out-hack a world ruled by the angels' Inquisition, and elves' megacorps. Experience an epic LitRPG Progression Fantasy that balances high-stakes action with sharp, dark humor. Expect reality-bending, aspect-based magic; a snarky System that’s a character in its own right; witty, punchy dialogue; mechs and magitech; and a solar-system sandbox where uncovering the truth is more dangerous than fighting demons. Because for a Heretic, the only path is forward. The only goal is Ascension. What To Expect Action Fast, tactical fights on ships, streets, and in academies; assassins and monsters. Progression (from Zeroed to Apex) OP potential with a fresh start. No instant cheats; growth is earned, risky, and satisfying. Strategy & Consequences Buildcraft, resource management, and “use your head or die.” Choices echo across arcs. System as a Character Sarcastic, jealous, broken—and hiding a holy-level secret. Quests with opinions. Aspect-Based Magic & Magitech Ordo/Chaos/Anima/Materium/Elementum; rituals, artifacts, and engineering-meets-sorcery. Secret Identity He wears a hero’s mask while hiding a past that would get him killed. Scanners lie; consequences don’t. Mature, consequence-driven relationships Slow-burn; multiple interests may arise, but there are no “collect-’em-all” trophies —every character has agency and goals. Tone Sharp, dark humor under real stakes. Banter that bites; violence that matters. Scope Cyber-fantasy meets space opera: angels, demons, AIs, corporations, astral travel. Arc Roadmap Book 1: survival, reveal, academy foothold. Series: evolution toward something god-tier. Schedule: Tue & Thu — 7 PM ET (01:00 CET) • Sat & Sun — 12 PM ET (18:00 CET).
