About

It has been three years since Elwin's brother Rith had disappeared without a trace. In that time Domara has grown from a collection of tents to a thriving town lead by Elwin himself as the mayor. Then one day, Rith walks into to town with a power and a confidence that he did not have when he was taken. Where has he been? What happened to him? The truth is crazier than anyone could have imagined. Meanwhile, the Imperial Palace has received a request from a neighbouring empire to deal with a growing pirate threat in the Verant Sea. In exchange there are lucrative trade agreements to be made. Part of dealing with that threat means dealing with the pirate town known as Saxa and the emperor has sent someone that Elwin is quite familiar with. The Day the Empire Arrived is the third instalment in the series and continues to explore the strange Romanesque world of the Verant Empire and it's people. From the Imperial Palace and coliseum to an outlaw coastal town. The world should continue to surprise the reader with new visions and storylines. Set to be published once a week as chapters for a total of about 36 chapters, this should be an exciting follow up to the previous two books. Note that AI has been used for some editing and to rewrite certain passages, but the vast majority of the text is Human created.
