About

Beauty in the Cracks: Book Two Synopsis Every crack tells a story. Shiro believed he had finally found peace. Heather believed she had finally found someone who saw the beauty hidden beneath her scars. Together, they began building a life neither of them ever thought possible. But healing isn’t the end of the journey. As old wounds reopen and new dangers emerge, the fragile future they’ve fought so hard to protect begins to fracture. Secrets long buried rise to the surface, loyalties are tested, and every choice carries consequences far beyond themselves. Love will be challenged. Friendships will be forged and broken. Not everyone will survive unchanged. Some scars fade. Others become the very foundation upon which stronger lives are built. Because even the deepest cracks can let the light shine through. Author’s Note This is Book Two of the Beauty in the Cracks series. Book One is currently being completely rewritten to better reflect the world, characters, and long-term story I want to tell. Rather than putting this story on hold, I’ve decided to continue publishing Book Two while I work on the revised first installment. If you’re joining me on this journey, thank you. Every comment, theory, correction, and piece of feedback helps me grow as a writer and improve both this story and the rewrite. I read every single one.
